Digital Dash Conversion Adapter
1967-1972 Ford F100
Description
This adapter plate allows you to mount a screen behind the factory gauge bezel. This was used with Wisecoco screen, RealDash software ran with android and OBD2 to a 2006 Crown Vic which the truck body had been swapped onto. RealDash allows you to fully customize screens for any OBD2 PID or through CanBus or I/O Boxes like holley uses. The screen mounts via Vesa mounts so the adapter screws into the back of the bezel with the screen between the adapter and bezel with small adapter bushings that ensure there are no spaces between the screen and the back of the bezel. I used a silicone foam pad to ensure the bezel doesn't rub the screen. In the photo, there is a gap in the middle of the mount. This gap has been corrected and was a failure on my part to check measurement before printing. I printed small pieces to fill this gap in the photo'd version and glued them in. The adapted is cut in half so it would fit my printer. Please note: If you decide to go this route, ensure you are aware with PID's can be collected through OBD2. Oil Pressure and Oil Pressure Light are not standard OBD2 PID's and will need alternative options to view/read/display oil pressure information. wisecoco screen model: R140U01T-HB
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
