Speaker Cubby 6.5" Speaker Adapter
1977 Toyota Celica RA29
Description
Since someone had already taken a saw to the original speaker cubbies in my 1977 Celica, I decided to design and print new ones. This is version 11, I kept trying to come up with a good way to keep it tight on the bottom edge, and decided to add the lip,. Looks great installed. 1stgencelica, 1gc, ra29, ra28, ra25, ta22, ta21 you should all be able to use these to switch from the factory 4" speaker to a 6.5" aftermarket speaker. I printed them in PETG for now, and plan to print a set in ABS after I enclose my CR-10S,. I also printed them with 15% infill, which seems plenty sturdy, without it taking 30 hours.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
