Off-road Light Mount

Description
Wasn't able to find a light mount for my truck's oem roof rack that placed the lights where I wanted them, had enough clearance that i can rotate the lights angle, and actually fit without using rubber matting. So, my first attempt at making one. I left a little buffer room with the expectation that it will be coated in a few layers of sealant/paint before install. Bolts to 57mm Bar, 6 mm thick band 8mm bolt diameter 14mm nut width 35mm wide
