Passenger Cup Holder

Description
Passenger side cup holder. It is a rough copy of the OEM version but not a perfect fit, but it works. You will need a small torsion spring for the flappy. I used a steel guitar string which I wound around a small screwdriver shaft to create the spring. The bottom self tapping screws is inaccessible by default. You either have to take the dash board apart or take a shortcut. I used my soldering iron to burn away the plastic to allow access to install and tighten the screws. I used a file and sanding paper to round the corners of the handle, but if you are more proficient than I with software, go for it. I used ABS to deal with the heat buildup in the car. It gets fairly hot in South Africa in the summer.
