2006 Ford Escape
Description
Buddy came to me with his daughter's Ford Escape, and it's broken sun visor. Somehow the mount had broken, the visor was loose, and laying on the floor. Armed with two beers of overconfidence, I sat down with Fusion 360, and in about 15 minutes had a model. I sent it off to the printer, and an hour later we had a working part in hand. It installed alarmingly smoothly - and to my buddy's credit - he rewarded us with a case of Mother Road Brewing Tower Station IPA. I don't know how it could get any better.
