Front Inner Wheelarch Cover
2007-2020 Fiat 500
Description
Replacement inner front wheel arch cover for Fiat 500 up to approx. 2020. This cover is often lost. It covers access to the fog lights, and protects them from road dirt. The cover is apparently not available as a spare part in itself, you have to buy an entire new front wheel arch inner liner. This design was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2841202 but is significantly easier to print (less support required), has stronger hinge tabs and has a better lock mechanism. I made this in PLA, which should hold up pretty well. But ABS or possibly PETG may last even longer. The first photo shows the cover, in grey, in place in the wheel arch. The two photos of the black cover is the original.
