Universal Bed Bars Adapter
2022 Nissan Frontier D41
Description
I ordered CBI Offroad bed bars for my 3rd gen Nissan frontier D41 and they sent me universal bars. The universal kit makes you remove the Utilitrack in order to clamp it down and I didn't want to do that. 100% infill on all parts of either ABS or ASA. I recommend ASA due to the UV resistance that ABS does not have. Either will work though. -4X CBI Adapter prints -8X T-slot prints You will need to go to the hardware store to pick up some M10 Hardware. Ideally you want stainless so it doesn't stain anything. I would recommend using either 242 or 243 blue Loctite. Need from hardware store: -M10 Bolt 45mm Shaft length. (If you get bolts that are too long they will start to push into the track system and leave marks). -M10 standard nut (No flanges) -M10 washer The T-slot adapter will need to slot into the Utilitrack with an M10 nut. You can use the original Allen Key hardware for the bed bar to the adapter, but you will still need an M10 nut that is 1.50mm pitch. Please let me know if you would like any changes to the design or would like different size hardware. I found that M10 was the best size.
