Important Note:
Your DMCA notice, including your contact information, may be shared with the party you allege is infringing your copyright. We will address notices that comply with the law, and failure to comply with these requirements may render your notice ineffective. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any misrepresentation in a written notification can result in liability for damages.
2. Counter Notification Procedures
How to File a Counter Notification:
If you believe that material you posted was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may file a counter notification by:
- Sending a Written Notice: Submit a written notification to our DMCA Agent using the contact details provided below.
Your counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district and accepting service from the party that filed the original DMCA notice.

Important Note:
Your counter notice, including your contact information, may be shared with the party that filed the DMCA notice against you. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content. Misrepresentation in a counter notice may also result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

If you believe that a user of our Site or Services is infringing on patents held by automotive manufacturers or any other patent, you may request the removal of the infringing material by:

- A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice and, under penalty of perjury, your authorization to act on behalf of the patent owner.

4. Trademark Infringement
Reporting Claims of Trademark Infringement:
If you believe that your trademark is being infringed upon by a user of our Site or Services, particularly regarding automotive manufacturers' trademarks, you may request the removal of the infringing material by:
- Sending a Written Notice: Submit a written notification to copyright@3dcarparts.org or use our Content Removal Form and select "Trademark Infringement."
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the trademark(s) that you claim has been infringed, including the trademark registration number(s) and the country/countries in which the trademark(s) is/are registered.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location.
- Sufficient information to help us locate the material.

- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Other Intellectual Property Infringements
Reporting Other Intellectual Property Infringements:
If you believe that one of our users is unlawfully infringing or misappropriating your intellectual property (other than copyright) by submitting unauthorized material on our Site or Services, you may request the removal of those materials by:
- Sending a Written Notice: Submit a written notification to copyright@3dcarparts.org or use our Content Removal Form and select "Other Intellectual Property."
Your written notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the intellectual property rights (e.g., trademark, patent) that you claim have been infringed. For patent infringement, provide the patent registration number(s) and country/countries of origin. For trademark infringement, provide a list of trademark(s) at issue, the respective registration number(s), and the country/countries of registration.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location.
- Sufficient information to help us locate the material.
- Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice and, under penalty of perjury, your authorization to act on behalf of the rights owner.

6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, as appropriate.
