Door Handle Cup
1990 Mazda Rx-7 FC (S5 Convertible)
Description
This was originally poseted by JAFA_Engineering. The basic file is exactly that but with a fixed hole in the mesh that would make it print filled in. The one that is labeled "with rotor" has a rotor on the flat part. The one that is labeled "with rotor upside down" has the rotor upside down for the other side of the car so they both point the same way on different sides of the car. The one labeled "with rotor and latches" has the little latches that go in behind the lock sider. I have not printed that it seems like it might be a pain. I printed them with the cup facing up with supports and a raft. It took around 8 hours with a .28 mm layer height and .4mm nozzle. Without the raft everything came apart and went haywire but im not sure if that was print or printer related. Fits my 1990 S5 convertible RX-7 I will add pictures when I install.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
