this is parts my car needed,and no more part wil be made at this point
Print Instructions
Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,10 and 0,15 Infill: 100% Filament: universal fillament sold in local store Petg and ABS black Notes: petg for bushings ,015mm layerhight and support, wiper motor ball bushing 0,10mm layerhight , ABS fillament no support, but raft. for bushing use fillament with some give petg or nylon, and print them laying on side. or they will crack on installation to linkarm, clean linkarm with acetone and use thick superglue to lock the bushing from rotate in the link arm (BEWARE OF SUPERGLUE FLYING AROUND WHEN PART SNAPS IN PLACE) for the ball, use hard fillament with no addetive like carbon, because of exessive wear on bussings. Grease on innstalation is mandatory, or bushings will fail.(( AND ALL OF THEESE BUSHINGS IS MADE WITH NO GOOD PICTURES, OR MEASUREMENT OF THE OEM PART, AND MADE FOR MY CAR WITH A WORN SYSTEM. PLEASE DO THIS MODIFICATION AT YOUR OVN RISC. they works fine on my car, and oem parts is not longer made. the cover is for the wiper lock system and is made with petg 0,15 layer hight and on its back with support. all is printed with 0,3mm nozzle and 100% infill good luck with the project.
