Defroster Vent Insert
1990-1999 Toyota Mr2 SW20
Description
This is to repair your broken defroster vent on the passenger side of the mr2 dash. Tolerances are tight. Depending on your printer, you may need to file this part a little. My Bambu X1c printed it perfectly. Use at minimum, ASA for temp. *note* layer direction matters. if you print layers in the wrong direction, the part will break when you install it. I uploaded my 3mf file as well as an STL. I didn't use any glue, but you certainly could put a drop or two on the sides, as well as put a screw to hold it into place. I would rather reassemble the part than break the vent any further on my next repair.
