Power Antenna Gear
1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ
Description
The Power antenna on my Jeep grand cherokee ZJ didn't go all the way out and made a rattling sound. When opening the gear case I found the push roller was worn out (had a deep slot) and the tranfer wheel from the motor to the gears was broken (rattling sound). Designing a new one and printed out, the motor works as new. This gears probably fits other Jeeps in the same year range. **UPDATE 2021-01** New gear design uploaded with 3.2mm center hole ( + .2mm cleareance) Tool for removing the cap of the antenna when unmounting from fender.
