Emblem Cover Cap
1993-2000 Mercedes-benz C-class W202
Description
I made this tiny cylinder to go on the empty space of my stolen W202 MErcedes-Benz emblem. First I used it only as a cover, but the I added a little hand to make it more interesting. If you are living in a hot area, I recommend printing it with PETG, Nylon or other heat resistant material. On the picture (https://www.tiktok.com/@lirarock/video/6810388685809339654) I combined it with the heavy metal hand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2641409) with following settings: Setings for hand: Pos:x=7.122 y=-3 z=13.51 Scale= 55% Rotation (optional)= 20% leaning back. Base: No change. 0,0,0 at 100% Print: Layer height= 0.1 to 0.2 Brim No supports (be brave) I added the gcode for Ender 3. Use it at your own risk.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
