Cupholder And Center Console
1994-2004 Chevrolet S10 2nd Generation
Description
This is a cupholder that will fit into the bench seat of a 1994-2004 Chevy S10/GMC Sonoma. It was designed to fit in the same mount as the removable factory cupholders. I made a design that would replace the cupholders, along with a variation that comes with a center console. All of the parts are sliced into different pieces to be super glued together. I did this to reduce the amount of support material required, along with the ability to print these on smaller printers. The only supports needed are for the base/bottom half. Also, the L shaped guides should be printed separately with a higher infill density for extra strength. With a lower infill, they could snap off (I learned this the hard way). Notes: - I do not recommend using hot glue instead of super glue because it could soften in hot summer conditions. You can see that my console lid is a bit warped due to the heat, but it still works fine. (I used PLA) - You will not be able to fold the bench seat down with the center console there. This is why I made a cupholder only design so you would still have access to the middle seat and behind the bench. - These cupholders are removable in case you want to swap it out for something else. It uses the same mounting design as the factory cupholders. - The cupholder's diameter is 80mm.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
