Cargo Cover Button Linkage And Eject Block

Does your Audi C5 avant (allroad/A6/S6/RS6) cargo cover have broken ends or missing internal parts? I CNC machine replacement endcaps from 6061 aluminum - contact for pricing/availability. Here are 2 commonly lost interior parts for the right (button side) that you can 3d print. NOTE: 1. The linkage should be made from something structurally rigid, as it is subject to high compression forces. Finished print should measure 34.5mm L x 13mm H x 3.5 W (the angled rectangular portion). The ball ends should be 6mm and 5mm respectively. A "close enough" return spring can be sourced from McMaster-Carr p/n 8969T122. 2. The eject block finished print should measure 14.75mm L x 15.5mm W x 15.25mm H with a 10.5mm diameter hole. The closest approximation to the spring for this part needs to be cut to length (30mm with ends bent/flattened so they are parallel) from McMaster-Carr p/n 96565K32.
