Description

This is an adapter I made to adapt from the stock 2nd gen Dodge tweeter to a Dayton Audio NHP25F-4 Tweeter (amazing tweeter for the price imo). I modeled this off my truck which is an 2002. This should work with anything in this generation of interior (98-02). I printed at 30% infill, .16 layer height with a .4 nozzle. I made it so that you shouldn't need any supports. The adapter clips into place, you might have to trim the clip so that it clips into place easier. I ran a bead of hot glue around the back of the adapter after everything was set in place so that it wouldn't rotate or vibrate. I used the screws that come with the tweeter (#8 x 1/4 to 1/2 will work) to attach it to the adapter. The adapter has pretty tight tolerances to make it as small as possible while still allowing you to mount the tweeter and run wire through the adapter. I was able to use spade connectors to connect to the speaker wire, if you find this isn't possible, you can solder the wires directly to the tweeter to save some space and add a connector elsewhere.
