Part Description

For my Audi A4 2006, the original dashboard AC vent grill clips broke, so I modeled replacements in Fusion 360. This is a replacement part for the Front Dashboard AC Air Vent Grill Pick Clip Trim used in the Audi A4 B6/B7 / Avant / S4 / RS4 / 8E Quattro (2002–2008). The full set includes 4 pieces: Side Left (1) Middle Left (2) Middle Right (3) Side Right (4) This upload provides the Side Right (4) and Middle Right (3) versions. To print the Side Left (1) and Middle Left (2), simply mirror the models in your slicer. Printing notes: Best results: Print vertically with supports enabled. Recommended material: HT PETG (tested and works well). Other suitable options: ABS, ASA, Polycarbonate, Nylon, CF-blends. Important: Car interiors can reach 60–70 °C+. Standard PLA and normal PETG will warp or fail. Additional info: This is the first version. Feedback is welcome to help improve and release revised versions.
