Vent Shutter Spur Gear
2003-2007 Ford F-250
Description
This is the half moon spur gear that attaches to the vent shutter which operates the shutters of the air conditioning vents on 2003-2007 (or earlier) F250-550 . If your vent slide doesn't move the shutters horizontally, this piece is likely sheared off. You have to take the dash panel out and remove the 3 screws that hold the vents to the housing. After that, disassemble the the shutters from the carrier (4 tabs) and pop this into the middle shutter. Print a couple extra to have handy!
