Clutch Alignment Tool
2003-2006 Bmw 3 Series E46
Description
22 spline clutch tool used for post 03 3 series. This was specifically for the m54 b25. The shaft is 15mm (into pilot bearing) and the spline circle diameter is 29mm. This size might have also been used for 6 speed but I don't know. The tool itself does not have a handle but you could easily extend it's length in blender. Main reason I didn't make one is because the printing would take much longer. It is possible to "weld" the PLA with a hot knife onto another piece if you want to model one, or I can. Comment below if that's something you are interested in. You can also use a bolt to push into the supports. The PLA plastic is thin enough to be molded by the threads. I used Mattercontrol for this.
