For printer settings see below. I printed this part of PETG, in the position laid flat. It fits exactly like the original. It's pretty elastic, however the thickness of the material is 1mm. Take your time and your small tools to remove supports, file all the surfaces carefully. I'd recommend to paint it to prevent from sunlight, and to hide the layers.
