Key Fob End Cap / Key Ring Clip
2005-2008 Toyota Prius
Description
The plastic clip surrounding the metal key used to open the door (And attach the key to a key ring) was broken completely. It took about 17 attempts before I came up with a usable result. This so far lasted over a year in my pocket before I traded my car in. The keys were identical between my 2005 and 2008 models, so it should fit anything between those two years, possibly more. Don't need to glue the halves together, but do so if you need.. The two halves slide together and the key ring holds it together. Print with the openings up as showin in the above photos and you won't need any supports. I use blue painter's tape on an unheated bed with PLA plastic. Let the parts fully cool before removing from the bed, so that they don't warp any. .1mm will make it so smooth you won't notice ridges. Zero post-printing process needed
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
