Boost Gauge Pod
2005 Volvo S60
Description
This is a boost gauge pod (52mm) for Volvo P2 S60/V70 (maybe other models too). There are a few options to choose from - with R logo or without, sunked-in gauge or not. Sunked-in design is based on my boost gauge and might not work for you (outer diameter of boost gauge 58mm and 10mm deep). I 3D scanned cars interior for the pod to fit perfectly between A-pillar and dashboard. Vacuum hose (8mm outer diameter) comes from the back and is routed through the corner of window/A-pillar/dashboard. Pod has two protrusions on the side for attachment. Just insert it in the gap between dashboard and A-pillar. Sandpaper, filler, primer and paint is always an option!

Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,2 Infill: 20 Filament: Any PETG Any Notes: Print it from heat resistant plastic because sun can deform it... I used PETG but will have to test it long term.For R-logo print it with 0,2mm nozzle for better accuracy. If you print with 0,4mm nozzle you might need to scale it a bit.
