Description
Quick spacer ring I made to fit Sony XS-GTX1622S 6.5" mids in my MY06 Hawkeye Impreza to replace my old wood ones that were swollen. These should fit most 6" - 6.75" aftermarket speakers and raises them by 20mm in order for the basket to clear the window when it is down (as the standard speaker is low profile)
Print Instructions
Print how you like, I used ABS at 0.3mm layer height with 0.5mm nozzle. Printed quickly at 70mm/s as I wasn't concerned with quality 13% infill with 1.5mm shells and top/bottom surfaces. Thick shells are important for the speaker screws to tap into.
