Window Motor Slide Bearing
2009 Mitsubishi Lancer
Description
The slide bearing on the back window of my 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer broke and a replacement motor assembly was $280, so I spent 30 minutes in FreeCAD reverse engineering the part. Took about 10 minutes to install. If your windows wont open or close, but you can hear the motor running, it's probably this part. I included the FreeCAD project file so you can modify the design to work for you. It's pretty fast and loose with the tolerances because it's a press fit part. [Video on how to take the door pannel off, it's only 3 screws](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Jjca_B9cz8)
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
