Wheel Center Cap
2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro (SS 1LE)
Description
This is based off of a 2014 Chevy Camaro SS with 1LE. Although the 1LE has a different rim than the other Camaro trims, I believe all center caps from 2010-2015 are the same size. The possible exception might be the 2014 and newer Z28 as I'm not sure at all what that requires. I'm also not sure if it'll work on any 2016 or 2017 models. If anyone is willing to try and let me know, i'll be happy to update the summary to reflect. Update:October 6, 2021 - Lowered the fingers by 1mm. Updated in v4. Update: April 2, 2017 - I printed this tonight. It's very very close. It fits, however, fit is feeling a hair loose. The fingers appear to be a bit to thin. I'll thickening up the fingers and extending the finger ends a slight bit. Update: April 3, 2017 - Uploaded new STL. Thickened fingers and made them more uniformly spread apart. Update: April 9, 2017 - Uploaded version 3. Same as v2 except I added support to the base of the fingers and raised the split between the fingers a bit higher up. With this change, this will be the final edit. I'm currently printing with PLA, but I would recommend PETG with this. ABS will work as well if you can prevent shrinkage.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
