Center Console Coin Tray
2011-2014 Ford Explorer (Sport)
Description
Coin and Pen holder for center console - Ford Explorer 2011-2014. Reverse-engineered from existing coin tray in my 2013 Explorer Sport. Ford part #BB5Z78045C22AB Save yourself about $30 by printing this with PLA+ or ASA or ABS. The center console doesn't see a lot of heat, and I have been using this part made of PLA+ for about 2 years now. This was reverse-engineered from the original part using Solidworks. I improved the tabs so they would be sturdy, as the clips on the original are fragile and tend to break. Mine was printed with Sunlu PLA+, no supports, flat side down. I used an Ender 3 S1 Pro for this part. If your bridging is setup correctly, you won't need any supports.
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
