I made this knock-out adaptor insert to adapt a standard USB cable to one of the blank knock-out plugs in a Toyota Tacoma. This was made for a 2011 Tacoma but may work in other years also. See the below youtube to see how to use it. https://youtu.be/OPcSfyOBLRg
