2013 Subaru Legacy
Description
This is a extended sunglasses holder that I reverse engineered from my 2013 Subaru Legacy. The original was just not big enough to fit my sunglasses so i decided to make a bigger and better one. Everything works the same as the original, the latch still catches when closed and the spring still pushes and keeps it down. All the parts are designed to be printed without supports except for the bottom part which has built in supports that snap off very nicely. Use a brim when printing the top and bottom parts to help with adhesion to the bed. Assembly is easy with built in guide pins to position the top and bottom parts and the two side parts have tabs on them that position them nicly, just a few dabs of glue in between the parts and you will be good to go. Do not use PLA if you live in a part of the country that your car will get hot, the material will warp, trust me I know ha ha. I used Colorfab XT and had no problems.I know that it will fit in a 2013 Legacy I cant guarantee any other models, if someone tries it out on something else and it works then let me know and I will put it in the description.
