Trunk J1772 Adapter Storage Mount
Description
This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9LXSNWdLXun My Chevy Volt uses J1772 to charge, but can use the Tesla AC charge points (NOT THE DC ONES only AC) So I have an adapter I keep in the trunk for when I run into them. I was missing one of my cargo tie points (for some reason there's 6) So I modified a mount for a wall mount holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571672) and married a cargo mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2441421) to it. It's still pretty tight, was super difficult to get installed, and needs some re-work, but I've got it in place to see how it'll hold up. (You learn a lot from a good fail.) Please let me know if you try this, and how your experience goes.
