Cup Holder Insert
2018 Ford Expedition / F-150
Description
This is a cup holder insert for the center console of 2018 and newer Ford Expeditions and F150 trucks. I do not know which other vehicles it might fit. It is designed to hold a full sized Hydroflask or 32oz. Nalgene bottle and also has a cutout for the handle of a coffee/tea cup. Very sturdy at 25% infill. With PETG I printed at 103% to account for shrinkage so the nice fit for large water bottles would remain. 100% was too tight. Minimizing the support will greatly ease post-processing. In Cura, line supports at 10% density. Print in the upright position. Designed in Fusion 360 for personal use. UPDATE: Fits F150 cup holder also. I was in a new F150 this week and the holder fits right in the center console. See image.
