Center Console Work Surface Delete Cover
2024 Ford F-250 (Work Space)
Description
If you hate the center console in the F250 that has the "Work Space" slide out tray and want to make your center console more usable, this is the file for you. What you need to do is take the Torq screws out after popping the cover off the back of the sliding part, then you slide it forward to remove it (may need to have the seat part up to do it). This is a cover I made to hide the mechanism still attached and to press down on the sensor that ford thought was a good idea. I recommend printing in something more heat resistant like PETG or ABS. I used PETG an waiting to see if it holds up. I secured it with some epoxy but you can do whatever you want. Could even drill and recess some screws if you felt so inclined. This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0KkyT0sGnah
Print Instructions
Standard FDM printing settings: - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 70% - Supports: As needed
