How Print-on-Demand Works

You Place Your Order

Choose your part, select quantity, and complete checkout. Your order is immediately queued for production. You'll receive order confirmation and tracking updates via email.

We Print Your Part Fresh

Our fulfillment partner Printie manufactures your part on-demand in the U.S. using Bambu Lab X1 printers with automotive-grade ASA material - made fresh when you order.

Quality Control Check

Each print undergoes inspection for layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity before packaging.

Shipped to You

Your part is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking information sent to your email.

Turnaround & Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 7 business days

Print time depends on part size, complexity, and current queue. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your part ships.

Materials & Quality Standards

Default Material: ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)

  • UV resistant - won't fade or degrade in sunlight
  • Heat resistant - maintains strength up to 90°C (194°F)
  • Impact resistant - excellent layer adhesion and durability
  • Chemical resistant - withstands automotive fluids and cleaners

In certain cases, we may use PETG or other materials based on the specific part requirements.

Infill: Most parts are printed at 60% infill for optimal strength-to-weight ratio. Our certified design team may adjust infill based on the specific part's structural requirements.

Quality Guarantee

Defective prints replaced free - no questions asked

If your part arrives with manufacturing defects, we'll send you a replacement at no charge.

We cover the following defects:

Layer delamination

Layers separating or poor adhesion

Warping or distortion

Part doesn't match original dimensions

Failed features

Missing material or incomplete details

Shipping damage

Broken or cracked during transit

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos of the defect
  3. Include your order number

We'll review your request and ship a replacement within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volume of your order, as part size determines packaging requirements and dimensional weight for carriers.

Domestic U.S. shipping rates:

Small parts (<100 cm³)$8 - $15
Medium parts (100-500 cm³)$20 - $25
Large parts (500-2000 cm³)$30 - $35
Extra large parts (>15,000 cm³)$75 maximum

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's total volume.
