What is Verified Fit?
Our rigorous certification process ensures every part fits perfectly on your vehicle, giving you confidence in quality and precision.
Our Certification Process
1. CSWP Design Review
Our CSWP certified design team reviews each part in 3D modeling software to verify design coherency and structural validation based on individual part requirements.
2. Evidence of Fit
Uploaders must provide documentation showing the part fits correctly without modification, right from the printer. Photos or video of the installed part are required for verification.
3. Design Validation
Parts are verified for proper fit and structural integrity based on their specific use case, optimized for 3D printing manufacturability with appropriate dimensional adjustments.
4. Final Certification
Only parts that pass our comprehensive review process receive the Verified Fit certification badge.
Design Standards
- Direct Fitment: Parts must install directly from the printer without requiring modifications to the part or vehicle.
- Confirmed Structural Integrity: Parts must demonstrate suitable geometry and strength for their intended application.
- Optimized Printability: Designs must be suitable for consistent, high-quality results on standard 3D printers (FDM or resin).
- Seamless OEM-Style Integration: Parts must be functionally compatible with original vehicle dimensions, tolerances, and aesthetic standards.
CSWP Certified Design Team
Our verification process is led by Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) designers who use advanced 3D modeling software to ensure every part meets the highest standards for design coherency and structural integrity.
Scope of Certification: Non-Critical Parts Only
Important Safety Notice: We certify only non-critical car parts - components whose failure would not compromise vehicle safety or endanger lives.
What We Certify
- Interior trim pieces and cosmetic components
- Non-structural body panels and accessories
- Dashboard components and console parts
- Decorative elements and convenience features
What We Do NOT Certify
- Brake system components or safety systems
- Steering, suspension, or drivetrain parts
- Structural or load-bearing components
- Engine internals or critical operating systems
This limitation ensures all certified products adhere to safety guidelines and do not pose undue risks. Always consult a professional mechanic for critical vehicle components.
